Book One, A Heart That Needs Him More: Mack Shore is no stranger to tragedy. Losing the love of his life had rocked his world. Living up to his late wife's request was even more difficult. He was supposed to find the woman that needed him more. Unknown to Mack, Dalia Stewart was that woman. Running from a danger that would follow, Dalia managed to get herself hired on to Mack's cattle drive north. Being a lone woman in the midst of men would not have been tolerated. Dalia did the only thing she could think of to ensure a place north. Dressing like a young street boy and showing Mack she could rope was easy. Pulling off her charade for the duration of the cattle drive would require a bit more cunning. As danger closes in, will Dalia trust Mack enough to tell him her secret? Find out as you get to know Mack and Dalia in the first book of Kay Edwards next series, Brides of the Southwest Trilogy.

Book Two, A Refuge for Her Heart: A set of twins, in desperate need, flee from a corrupt orphanage weeks before their eighteenth birthday. Can a man with a painful past full of regrets keep them safe from a danger that seeks to separate them? In this book, you'll meet Jason Ternell a man determined to keep his sister safe even if it means taking advantage of a man he's never met. Foster Stewart is no stranger to a sister in danger. When he looks into the green depths of "Glen" Ternell's eyes, he knows there's more to the new help he's hired than he was told. Glenda Ternell has never taken a second glance at any man, until, it was imperative she look like one. As secrets unfold and danger closes in, Foster can't help but find his heart drawn to the heart his sister, Dalia, told him to look for. The heart that needs him more is in dire need of refuge, and Foster will do everything in his power to give Glenda that refuge. Where he failed his sister, Foster is determined to succeed for another's. As Glenda and Foster realize their feelings for each other, can Jason trust another man to give his sister what he can't? Can Jason trust Foster to give Glenda a refuge for her heart?

Book Three, A Heart for Him to Find: Being jilted at the alter is not an easy pill for any bride to swallow. Make that bride Mary Giles, and the drama to follow will take on a life of its own. As Mary comes up with a plan for revenge, Jason Ternell is left to deal with the consequences of her actions. What started off as a self-seeking plot soon lands Mary and Jason into a life and death struggle. As feelings between the two develop into love, the heart-wrenching truth is revealed. The end question will be, can Jason and Mary survive the danger that closes in on them?

Three of my loves!

As I'm hoping you can see via her pictures, Kay Edwards is an easy going wife and mother. Getting her start with the book A Prelude to a Dance, being re-released now, Kay put into words something that touched her personally. Sexual abuse is not an easy topic to talk about. The book she wrote was a way for her to put into words what she was feeling so she could heal.  She wanted to give a voice to those that had the same past she did. Since it's original release, Kay has heard from countless people around the world that have broken their silence of past sexual abuse. Kay speaks regularly with her readers in Nigeria, Kenya, Australia, as well as other areas of the globe. Born in central PA, Kay grew up along the river mentioned in the name of her first series. She has many fond memories along the Susquehanna. As her other books in this series are re-released, Kay hopes that her readers will find that, with Christ, all things are possible, even the forgiveness of what many deem unforgivable.
